      Raymond Luczak is the author and editor of 15 books, including Silence Is a Four-Letter Word: On Art & Deafness (The Tenth Anniversary Edition), Assembly Required: Notes from a Deaf Gay Life, and How to Kill Poetry.  His Deaf gay novel Men with Their Hands won first place in the Project: QueerLit Contest 2006.  He recently won a spot for his fiction in the Deaf Residency Program at the Anderson Center in Red Wing, Minnesota.  A proud member of the Class of '88 at Gallaudet University, he lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He can be found online at raymondluczak.com.
